Renaissance Industrial Smart City

Renaissance Industrial Smart City is approved First Integrated Industrial Area (IIA Project) of Maharashtra strategically located in Bhiwandi-Mumbai.
It has a future plan of 422 acres; of which 269 acres is MahaRERA approved and compromises of Phase 1 and Phase 2. Moreover, 160 acres out of the 269 acres is under construction. The project is located on the junction of Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Freight Corridor and Nagpur-Mumbai Super Communication Express Way; it will give the advantage of connecting with the entire country.

At Renaissance, a comprehensive study of business needs of every industry has been carried out, The result of which has been to come up with a design that supports cluster develomentand specific products that will benefit 9 specific industries
